John Palm - Associate pastor I am continuously excited to share the knowledge given to us about Jesus and His love for us, as it is revealed in the Bible; and to encourage others to learn more about Him through personal and group Bible study.  I have a heart for teaching and developing men to be the husbands, fathers, and spiritual leaders of their families.  I see Loma Vista Community Church as a safe place to ask questions about God and the Bible; and to grow in our faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Jenell Crough - Children's ministry coordinator After working five summers at Sugar Pine Christian Camps, I am in awe of the faith that children can have. they love generously, care deeply, and have faith to move mountains. children's ministry is an important role in the church. children are the future and what they learn early is foundational to the rest of their lives. I love being able to help them grow in their walk with jesus and being part of something that furthers the kingdom of God. I pray that your children find a home here at loma vista! I would love to help you plug in to serve within loma vista community church, whether that be in children's ministry or some other spot. I married my husband, chase, in 2013 and love serving alongside him in the church.

Abby Bispo - Family Ministries Coordinator I have worked with Jr High students for more than half my life- yes I am that old. I love their energy, and they make me smile on a daily basis! I feel really blessed to work with them week to week. I love to teach, love to dance and sing- which I do poorly, very very poorly- and more than anything else, I love hanging with Jr Highers. Offer me diet pepsi and we can be friends for life!! I am also a sucker for a Kuppa Joy “Kuppa Joy” so take me to coffee some time!

Chase Croug h - Senior High Coordinator/Facilities Coordinator I feel like I have been in ministry most of my life. My parents were, and still, are deeply involved in serving the Church, which led me to serve alongside them, to becoming a Jr. High School leader, to working at Sugar Pine Christian Camps, to going to Ozark Christian College where I got a Double Bachelors in Deaf Communications and General Christian Ministry. And even after all this time, I am still in awe when the Church works together to become the Body of Christ. I am also very impressed when God uses us people to do His heavenly work. My goal as High School Pastor is to reach out to the youth and connect them to the Church so that they can grow deep roots in Christ and grow closer to God. If you ever want to get together over coffee, or even golf or disk golf, let me know. I met my beautiful wife at Sugar Pine Christian Camps and we married each other in 2013. I absolutely love watching her serve God and cannot believe I got so lucky meeting her.

stephen morales - graphic arts/Social media I am continually dumbfounded by the beauty of the Gospel. With all my faults, fears, self righteousness, selfishness, and muck… I am loved. I once read Rudolf Otto, a German theologian, write about something he called “numinous awe”. It’s this idea that we have a longing to be near to God, yet we pull back because we know how rotten we actually are. This struggle in myself and in others is something that I love to talk about and share in community, because I believe we can all relate. I believe that the more we grow in relationship with God the easier it is to bask in his glory, than in our faults.

Sharon PARISI - OFFICE COORDINATOR I started working at Loma Vista Community Church in the spring of 2016, but I’ve been attending our church with my husband and kids since 2005, when we took a neighbor up on her suggestion to try it out. I married my soul mate, Frank, in 1996 and we have two children, Francesco and Lauren. I’m constantly amazed by Christ’s involvement in my life, in ways both large and small. I’m humbled by his grace and compassion, and overwhelmed by his love. I know it sounds cliché, but one thing I love about my job is that I get to be a part of something much larger than myself.

Jeff Brown - business administrator I married my best friend and college sweetheart, Kathy, in June of 1975 in Bellbrook, Ohio. Two kids and four grandkids later, we find ourselves enjoying life in the Central Valley as retired teachers. We have both been involved in the ministries of Loma Vista for a number of years. I am currently serving my second two-year term on the elder board and am extremely honored to collaborate with the other elders as we seek God’s direction for His church. I began serving as the new Business Administrator and am trying my best to learn all the intricacies of this new position. I am excited to see what God has in store for us and look forward to seeing where He is at work and joining Him!

Alan Newlove - Pastor Emeritus “It’s all about grace.”  This absolutely describes my life as I’ve fallen more and more in love with our Savior Jesus over the course of the past five decades.  I was privileged to serve in pastoral ministry for 23 years, serving two churches in the San Francisco Area and another in Clovis before partnering with Pastor Joe to start Loma Vista.  I transitioned into public education and taught in Clovis Unified for 19 years.  In my retirement, I work two mornings a week for Fresno Pacific University, mentoring student teachers as they prepare for their teaching careers.  Because God’s grace saved me and is still transforming me to become more like Him, I make it may aim to live a life of gratitude and am honored to serve Him in many ways.  I lead a Home Group with my wonderful wife Carolyn, write curriculum for our Home Groups, serve on the prayer team, and try to be an encouragement and help to our pastors, staff, and church members.
